Mama

Sunday was Mom’s Birthday. It was celebrated by going for a drive in the mountains, eating lunch that consisted of potato chips and a Dairy Queen Blizzard, a train ride through Royal Gorge, and a Dairy Queen dinner. Here are the pictures from the day.

The helicopter was cool but I was expecting a musical lead in with Magnum PI and TC since they guy with the Hawaiian hat was there. I did not know they allowed Hawaiian hats in Colorado. Did he have to hold onto it as much as when he was at the Pali?

He almost lost his hat once. The guy that saved it, spilt some of his beer on it in the process.

Wow. That picture by the creek looked like part of a hike. Did you get Moms to go hiking?

I wouldn't call that hiking, but we did get out of sight of the vehicle.

I think I hiked far enough to burn off the DQ blizzard calories. Or maybe not. MOMS
