I attended the Rapids game on Sunday. The weather was not that nice for the game. It was cold with some light snow. It was warm in the stands from the cheering of the die-hards that made the game. The Rapids won 4-1. No pictures from the game. Who knows, maybe some “find me in the crowd” pictures will turn up somewhere on the internet later this week.

makes you wander what happened to the rest of that tree- did some caveman cut it down and use it for fire wood?

We visited there last summer. Interesting place. We were surprised to learn that redwood trees once grew there.
Impressive Chuck, you commented before Pops. Before the park was protected tourists tried to take parts of the trees. Some of the trees may still be buried from the lahar.
